Introduction
1. Carbon Fiber tubes are widely used for industries R/C booms, telescopic poles, walking sticks,
DSLR rigs etc.
2. The 10mm OD×8mm ID×1000mm Length tube is mainly for R/C quadrocopter booms.
3. Round Carbon Fiber tubes are Carbon Fiber Epoxy Prepreg Fabric table rolled outside a mandrel
of certain diameter and thermoset at temperature 125 Celsius Degree.
4. The mandrel, which is also referred as mould, is then demolded and ground on the Centerless
ground machine to ensure the outer diameter tolerance.
5. The Carbon Fiber Tube are cut by diamond blade.
