What are composites?
Composites are a mixture of fibers and resin systems, which in combination result in a very strong and rigid material. The properties of the fibers are used to resist tensile and compressive loads, while the resin systems transfer shear. Because it is a combination of materials, a composite product can be combined and designed with a view to specific load-bearing capacities. Composites provide a number of advantages in relation to traditional materials, such as resistance to chemicals, as well as electrical and thermal insulating properties.
The main techniques we use are pultrusion and table rolling. With rich experience in pultrusion and FRP, we can provide you with varieties of tubes with different lengths and wall thicknesses.
LIJIN manufactures custom carbon fiber pultrusions to fit your strength, stiffness, and geometric requirements. Our products can be used as fishing poles, paddles, arrow shafts, alpenstocks, etc.
The regular color is black. And other colors are also available by special request.
