Excellent Structural Performance Carbon Fiber / Composite Plate 2×2 Twill

This panel has a 2×2 twill weave pattern, one of the most common weave patterns in many markets. The finished side of the panel has a classic 2×2 twill, 3K woven carbon fiber appearance and is nearly pinhole-free with a high-gloss finish. The panel’s backside showcases a matte textured ‘peel ply’ finish suitable for secondary bonding, if necessary.

Our high-strength vacuum infused composite panels are manufactured using 100% carbon fiber reinforced with a near-clear epoxy resin matrix. All composite stacks are laid by hand to ensure maximum homogenization of fiber alignment. Stacks are then vacuum infused and cured under pressure greater than 28 inches of mercury. The tool is then elevated to an optimal temperature to produce a near-perfect composite panel with high-grade mechanical properties and a class-A surface finish.

How we design Carbon Fiber Laminated Sheets?

0°/ 90° (Standard and Balanced Layup)

This is a standard layup for carbon fiber sheets, which is suitable for most applications. Balanced, 0°/90° carbon plates offer excellent strength and stiffness in the axial and transverse directions. Our 0°/90° carbon fiber plates are evenly distributed, unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg, in the 0°, 90° orientation.

Quasi-isotropic (0°/90°/+45°/-45°)—Special Strength Layup

In order to meet higher demanding applications, we use 0°/90°/45° unidirectional cloth fabric balanced and symmetrical lay-up when producing carbon fiber laminates sheets. This addition of 45° layup is more rigid on that axis. Our quasi plates are evenly distributed, unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg, in the 0°, 90°, +/-45° orientation.

Features:

  • Performance: flat appearance, no bubbles and other defects, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali salt resistance and atmospheric environment corrosion resistance, high hardness, high impact strength, no creep, high modulus, low density and low linear expansion coefficient.
  • Process: multi layer carbon fiber cloth is pre-impregnated with imported epoxy resin and then laminated at high temperature.
  • 3k, 12K carbon fiber, plain / twill, bright / matte,
  • Application: UAV model, aircraft, medical CT bed board, X-ray filter grid, rail transit parts and other sporting goods, etc.

Our company produces carbon fiber board with high resistance of 200 ℃ – 1000 ℃, which can continue to maintain its physical properties in the environment with gradually rising temperature. Its flame retardant level is 94-V0, which can achieve high standard results without deformation
