Carbon fibre or Carbon fibre is also sometimes called graphite fibre. It has the highest compressive strength of all the reinforcing materials (composites), and it has a high strength-to-weight ratio and low coefficient of thermal expansion. The density of carbon fibre is also much lower than the density of steel. Carbon fibre is in the form of several thousand long, thin strands of material that are composed of mostly carbon atoms.
It has many applications in aerospace and automotive fields, as well as in sailboats, and notably in modern bicycles and motorcycles, where these qualities are of importance. It is becoming increasingly common in small consumer goods as well, such as laptop computers, tripods, fishing rods, paintball equipment, racquet sports frames, stringed instrument bodies, classical guitar strings, and drum shells.
In the arts, craft and design industries, it is often used in costume design, scale model making, jewellery making, stationery, furniture design and other product design applications.

The tubes have a particularly attractive carbon design finish in order to meet the highest visual demands. Both the inner layers and the outer layers are made of twill carbon fabric. High-strength carbon fibers are used as core layers in the longitudinal direction in order to achieve maximum flexural strength.
With precisely matched diameters, the Power Tube series is the ideal complement to the Telescopic Tube series. Due to their identical surface finish with the same design, these tubes can also be perfectly combined visually.
